Husband and wife team Marc and Emily are the owners of TexMod, LLC.

Marc is a Registered Architect with almost 25 years of experience. After graduating with his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his Master of Architecture from Texas A&M, he has been a practicing Architect, specializing in both residential and commercial architecture.  Marc runs TexMod Architecture and TexMod Accessibility divisions of TexMod, LLC and shares the day-to-day operations of TexMod Homes with Emily.
 

Emily has an extensive background in design, fashion, and marketing. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas. Emily is an integral co-owner of the TexMod Homes division of TexMod, LLC.  Throughout the growth of TexMod Homes, Emily has found a passion for Interior Design, and she has become the point person for working with our clients on the interior finishes and materials to help them create a unique look for their new space.

Together, Marc and Emily personally design and manage every aspect of all TexMod, LLC divisions and their respective projects. Whether engaging in Architectural Design, Residential Construction, or Accessibility Consulting, Marc and Emily are there every step of the way guiding the homeowner through design and construction.
