TexMod Architecture is the Architectural Design division of TexMod, LLC. As a Registered Architect through the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners, we have over 25 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Architecture and Interior Design, including Retail, Office, Mixed-Use, Religious, Hospitality, Municipal, and Planning.
TexMod Homes is the Residential Construction division of TexMod, LLC. We have over 10 years of experience in constructing Residential New Construction, Additions, and Remodels. We provide our services in an Architect-Led Design-Build format, where we take the client all the way through the entire process from initial Concept Design through the completion of Construction.
TexMod Accessibility is the Accessibility Code Consulting division of TexMod, LLC. As a Registered Accessibility Specialist through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), we have over 15 years of experience helping clients achieve building design that is accessible to individuals with all types of disabilities. In Texas, each commercial project must comply with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS), which is the state's version of the American's with Disabilities Act (ADA). We perform Plan Review services at the permitting stage before construction begins, and then perform a final Inspection at the completion of construction to confirm compliance with TAS.
